For instance, Halal III processes approximately 45 boxes, Low Temperature II handles around 20, Huawei stacks about 25, and Wenshi manages 10. Utilizing a suction cup gripper, the robot achieves remarkable results: 7 seconds for a single placement, 8.5 seconds for a double, and 10 seconds for three placements.
Our state-of-the-art collaborative robot is engineered to palletize 8 to 10 boxes efficiently, managing even 6 to 8 heavy boxes with ease. It can execute double grabs and achieve stacking up to 15-16 boxes at unparalleled speeds. For weights up to 7 kilograms, it performs 10 times, 8 times for weights ranging from 7 to 15 kilograms, and 6 times for those exceeding 15 kilograms, demonstrating exceptional versatility and speed.
