Additionally, the type of box, whether it's a general or color box, and the efficiency of the action path and organizing structure play crucial roles. For instance, our system can achieve around 45 boxes for Halal III, 20 for Low Temperature II, 25 for Huawei, and 10 for Wenshi. Specifically, the suction cup gripper palletizing method excels, accomplishing a 7-second single placement, 8.5-second double placement, and a 10-second for three placements.
Our cutting-edge collaborative robot is designed to palletize a substantial 8-10 boxes, with the capability of handling 6-8 heavy boxes. It can perform double grabs effortlessly and stack up to an impressive 15-16 boxes with exceptional speed. Within specific weight categories, it can achieve 10 cycles for boxes weighing under 7 kilograms, 8 cycles for those between 7-15 kilograms, and 6 cycles for boxes over 15 kilograms, setting a new standard for speed and efficiency in the industry.
