Our joint robot is designed for superior palletizing performance, capable of handling 25-35 boxes with utmost precision. When grabbing 4 boxes simultaneously, several factors influence efficiency: the stacking pattern, the gripping method (notably, pneumatic actions affect the speed significantly), whether the boxes are general or color boxes, the action path, and the organizational efficiency. Specifically, it handles around 45 boxes for Halal III, 20 for Low Temperature II, 25 for Huawei, and 10 for Wenshi. For suction cup gripper palletizing, it completes a single placement in approximately 7 seconds, double placement in 8.5 seconds, and three placements in around 10 seconds.
Our state-of-the-art collaborative robot excels at palletizing 8-10 boxes, with the capability to handle 6-8 heavy boxes. It can efficiently perform double grabs and achieve a stacking capacity of up to 15-16 boxes at peak speed. The robot executes 10 cycles for items under 7 kilograms, 8 cycles for items weighing between 7 and 15 kilograms, and 6 cycles for items exceeding 15 kilograms, ensuring optimal performance across diverse load weights.
