For example, approximately 45 boxes for Halal III, 20 boxes for Low Temperature II, 25 boxes for Huawei, and 10 boxes for Wenshi, showcase the varied capabilities. Utilizing a suction cup gripper, the robot achieves impressive palletizing speeds with 7 seconds for a single placement, 8.5 seconds for a double, and just 10 seconds for a triple placement.
The collaborative robot excels in efficiently palletizing 8-10 boxes, even when handling 6-8 heavy boxes. Demonstrating versatility, it can double grab and stack up to a remarkable 15-16 boxes at the fastest pace. This performance includes 10 cycles for items under 7 kilograms, 8 cycles for those between 7-15 kilograms, and 6 cycles for items exceeding 15 kilograms, showcasing its capacity for handling diverse weights and speeds.
