Joint robot palletizing: This remarkable system can efficiently handle 25-35 boxes with the capability of grabbing 4 boxes simultaneously. The performance depends on several factors, including the stacking type, the grabbing form-where pneumatic action notably influences speed-the nature of the box, color or general, the action path, and the efficiency of the organizing structure. For instance, it can organize approximately 45 boxes for Halal III, 20 boxes for Low Temperature II, 25 boxes for Huawei, and 10 boxes for Wenshi. When utilizing a suction cup gripper, it achieves impressive speeds of 7 seconds for a single placement, 8.5 seconds for a double placement, and 10 seconds for three placements.
The Collaborative robot is engineered to palletize 8-10 boxes, even handling 6-8 heavier ones with ease. It can perform a double grab and achieve a stacking capacity of up to 15-16 boxes at top speed. For weights, the robot operates at an astounding pace, performing 10 cycles for boxes under 7 kilograms, 8 cycles for those between 7-15 kilograms, and 6 cycles for boxes over 15 kilograms.
